Sending Work Updates via WhatsApp
Send work updates through WhatsApp without opening the web app.
Quick Method
Simply send a short message describing what you did:
- "Cleaned the lobby"
- "Completed maintenance on Unit 5"
- "Inspected fire extinguishers"
With Photos
- Take a photo of your work
- Send the photo to Laksana WhatsApp
- Optionally add a caption describing the work
- Laksana will keep the photo and message together in one record
Structured Format
For better organization, include:
- What: What work was done
- Where: Site/item
- When: Time if useful
- Photos: Evidence
Example: "Cleaned lobby at Block A, 3pm today" [Attach photo]
Photo Burst Consolidation
If you send several photos close together, Laksana groups them into one record so the update stays neat and easy to review.
Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation message with:
- Work update ID
- Site and item
- Category
- Link to view details
