If an asset has a QR code, field users can scan it to open the asset-specific page and submit a related issue.
Steps
Open your phone camera or QR scanner.
Scan the QR code on the asset.
Open the asset public page.
Choose the issue reporting option.
Enter issue details.
Attach photo evidence.
Submit the issue.
Tips
Make sure the QR code belongs to the correct asset.
Capture a photo showing the issue clearly.
Do not scan another asset’s QR code for unrelated issues.
