What Budi Does
Text Classification
When staff send WhatsApp messages, Budi:
- Identifies the intent: Work Update, Issue, Inquiry, Health Check, or Compliance
- Extracts entities: site, asset, category, severity, description
- Creates the correct record type automatically
Photo Analysis (Vision AI)
When photos are sent, Budi:
- Analyzes what the photo shows (clean floor, broken pipe, security breach)
- Verifies the photo matches the reported work
- Supports 8 languages: English, Malay, Indonesian, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Spanish
- Matches against historical reference photos for improved accuracy
Organisational Health Score
Budi calculates a health score (0-100) based on:
- SLA compliance rate
- Overdue issues count
- Compliance record completion
- Unassigned or stale work
- Score bands: Healthy (85-100), Needs Attention (60-84), Critical (0-59)

Via WhatsApp
- Send "health" or "status" to get your organisational health summary

- Access the AI Assistant from the dashboard
- View health score with detailed breakdown
- Ask questions constrained to your operational data
Smart Fallback
When the AI provider is unavailable:
- Budi provides deterministic responses based on your data
- Health score is still calculated from operational metrics
- No disruption to your workflow
Multilingual Support
Budi respects your organization's AI language setting and provides:
- Image descriptions in the configured language
- Text classification across all supported languages
