Understanding Organisational Health Score
The health score (0-100) gives you a quick snapshot of how well your operations are running.
How It's Calculated
The score starts at 100 and deducts points for:
SLA Non-Compliance
- Issues that exceeded their response time SLA
- Issues that exceeded their resolution time SLA
- Percentage of SLA breaches affects the deduction
Overdue Critical Issues
- Critical issues past their due date
- Higher deduction for each overdue critical issue
Overdue Compliance Records
- Missed or overdue inspection/compliance checks
- Deduction based on the number and severity of overdue items
Unassigned or Stale Issues
- Issues without an assignee for extended periods
- Issues that haven't been updated in a long time
Score Bands
| Score | Status | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 85-100 | Healthy | Operations running well |
| 60-84 | Needs Attention | Some areas need improvement |
| 0-59 | Critical | Immediate action required |
Viewing Your Score
Send "health" or "status" to get a summary.
Web Panel
Go to the AI Assistant section for a detailed breakdown showing:
- Current score and band
- Deduction breakdown by category
- Top issues affecting your score
- Recommendations for improvement
Improving Your Score
- Assign all unassigned issues promptly
- Resolve overdue critical issues first
- Complete overdue compliance checks
- Review and adjust SLA policies if they're unrealistic
- Set up auto-assignment rules to reduce response time
