Understanding Organisational Health Score

The health score (0-100) gives you a quick snapshot of how well your operations are running.

How It's Calculated

The score starts at 100 and deducts points for:

SLA Non-Compliance

  • Issues that exceeded their response time SLA
  • Issues that exceeded their resolution time SLA
  • Percentage of SLA breaches affects the deduction

Overdue Critical Issues

  • Critical issues past their due date
  • Higher deduction for each overdue critical issue

Overdue Compliance Records

  • Missed or overdue inspection/compliance checks
  • Deduction based on the number and severity of overdue items

Unassigned or Stale Issues

  • Issues without an assignee for extended periods
  • Issues that haven't been updated in a long time

Score Bands

Score Status Meaning
85-100 Healthy Operations running well
60-84 Needs Attention Some areas need improvement
0-59 Critical Immediate action required

Go to the AI Assistant section for a detailed breakdown showing:

Improving Your Score

  • Assign all unassigned issues promptly
  • Resolve overdue critical issues first
