Creating an organization in Laksana is the first step to managing your operations effectively. Our system automatically sets up everything you need to get started.

Steps to Create an Organization

1. Complete Your Profile

   • Sign up with your phone number, email, or Google account
   • Verify your phone number
   • The system automatically detects your country, timezone, currency, and language based on your phone number

2. Create Your Organization

   • Click "Create Organization" from the dashboard
   • Enter your organization name
   • Select your industry (e.g., Property Management, Security, Cleaning, F&B)
   • Provide basic contact information

3. Automatic Setup The system automatically creates:

   • HQ Location: Your headquarters site
   • Industry-Specific Categories: Pre-configured categories for your industry
   • Default Assets/Things: Sample items to track
   • Messaging Channel: Direct message channel for your team
   • Organization Roles: Admin, Manager, and Member roles
   • Compliance Templates: Industry-specific compliance checklists (if applicable)

4. Customize Your Setup

   • Add additional locations/sites
   • Invite team members
   • Customize categories and assets
   • Activate compliance templates
   • Connect WhatsApp for mobile updates
