Creating an organization in Laksana is the first step to managing your operations effectively. Our system automatically sets up everything you need to get started.
Steps to Create an Organization

Complete Your Profile
- Sign up with your phone number, email, or Google account
- Complete the required verification step shown in your sign-up flow
- Set or confirm your country, timezone, currency, and language in your profile/settings

Create Your Organization
- Click "Create Organization" from the dashboard
- Enter your organization name
- Select your industry (e.g., Property Management, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Security, Hospitality)
- Provide basic contact information

Automatic Setup The system automatically creates:
- HQ Site: Your headquarters site
- Industry-Specific Categories: Pre-configured work and issue categories for your industry
- Default Assets: Sample facilities and spaces relevant to your industry
- General Ops Channel: A default WhatsApp operations channel for your team
- Organization Roles: Manager, Supervisor, Operator, and Resident roles
- Inspection Templates: Industry-specific inspection templates (if applicable)

Customize Your Setup
- Add additional sites/sites
- Invite team members
- Customize categories and assets
- Activate inspection templates
- Optionally enable WhatsApp workflow for member submissions
