Quick Start Guide

Use this guide to complete your first practical setup in Laksana.

Step 1: Set Up Your Organisation

• Review your organisation profile
• Add at least 1 active site
• Add your work and issue categories
• Add at least 4 assets or areas your team will report against

Done when:

• Categories: 1 or more
• Sites: 1 or more
• Assets: 4 or more

Step 2: Verify WhatsApp Setup

• Save the Laksana bot number
• Send help to start
• Send 1 work update from your own WhatsApp
• Send 1 issue report from your own WhatsApp
• Check both submissions appear correctly in Inbox

Examples:

• Work update: "Cleaning completed at Block A" + photo(s)
• Issue report: "Water leak at Level 3 corridor" + photo(s)

Important:

• Use the same WhatsApp number saved on your member profile
• If you use a different number, Laksana may not recognize you

Step 3: Onboard Team Members

• Add at least 2 team members
• Save each member's correct WhatsApp number
• Ask each member to send help from that same WhatsApp number
• Use "Send Bot Guide" so they can start immediately

Done when:

• Team Members: 2 or more

After Setup

• Keep messages simple
• Add photos when useful
• Review Inbox to confirm classification is correct
• Start assigning follow-up actions to your team
