Get started with Laksana in just 5 minutes! Our automated setup makes onboarding seamless.

Step 1: Sign Up (1 min)

• Sign up with your phone number, email, or Google account
• Verify your phone number
• Automatic: Your country, timezone, currency, and language are detected from your phone number

Step 2: Create Your Organization (1 min)

• Enter your organization name
• Select your industry
• Automatic: System creates your HQ location, default categories, roles, and compliance templates

Step 3: Connect WhatsApp (Optional - 1 min)

• Go to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp
• Scan the QR code with WhatsApp Business
• Test with "menu" command

Step 4: Submit Your First Update (1 min)

• Send a message via WhatsApp: "Cleaned the lobby"
• Or create an update from the dashboard
• Add photos as evidence
