7.7 Import Preventive Maintenance by CSV

Overview

CSV import allows users to create or update preventive maintenance records in bulk.

Steps

1. Go to Operations.

2. Open Preventive Maintenance.

3. Click Import.

   

4. Download or prepare the CSV template, if available.

5. Upload the CSV file.

   

   

6. Review validation results.

7. Complete the import.

Tips

• Check site, asset, and template names before importing.

• Use a small sample import first if you are importing many records.

• Keep a backup copy of your CSV file.
