What are Work Updates?
Work updates are records of completed tasks, maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and other routine work.
Creating Work Updates
From Dashboard
- Go to Operations > Work Updates
- Click "New Work Update"
- Fill in details:
- Location
- Item/Asset
- Category
- Description
- Date and time
- Upload evidence photos
- Click "Submit"
Via WhatsApp
Simply send a message: "Cleaned lobby at Block A" [Attach photo]
Via API
Use the Laksana API to submit updates programmatically.

- Be Specific: Include location and item details
- Add Photos: Visual evidence is valuable
- Timely Submission: Submit updates promptly
- Categorize Correctly: Use appropriate categories
Evidence Requirements
