Why Evidence Matters

Supported Formats
- Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP
- Documents: PDF
- Maximum Size: 10MB per file
- Maximum Files: up to 12 per update (default; may vary by organization settings)

Good Photos

Avoid

Photo Details and Watermarking
When available, Laksana uses the photo's own details to show the right time and location on the watermark.
- The captured time is used first
- The location is used first
- If the photo details are missing, Laksana uses the information already available in the record
- If location is still unclear, the system may ask the user to confirm it before finalizing
Evidence Requirements
Some organizations ask for:
- At least 1 photo per update
- Before and after photos
- Specific views or angles
- A visible timestamp
Check your organization settings.
Managing Evidence
- View all evidence in gallery
- Download original files
- Delete if needed (within 24h)
- Add captions
Privacy & Security
- Evidence is encrypted
- Only organization members can view
- Can be shared via secure links
- Automatic backup
