Why Evidence Matters

Supported Formats

  • Documents: PDF
  • Maximum Size: 10MB per file
  • Maximum Files: up to 12 per update (default; may vary by organization settings)

Photo Guidelines

Good Photos

✅ Clear and in focus ✅ Good lighting ✅ Shows relevant details ✅ Proper angle ✅ Before/after shots

Avoid

❌ Blurry images ❌ Too dark/too bright ❌ Irrelevant content ❌ Personal information visible

  • Send photos directly
  • Add caption for context

Photo Details and Watermarking

When available, Laksana uses the photo's own details to show the right time and location on the watermark.

  • The captured time is used first
  • The location is used first
  • If the photo details are missing, Laksana uses the information already available in the record
  • If location is still unclear, the system may ask the user to confirm it before finalizing

Evidence Requirements

Some organizations ask for:

  • At least 1 photo per update
  • Before and after photos
  • Specific views or angles
  • A visible timestamp

Check your organization settings.

Managing Evidence

  • View all evidence in gallery
  • Download original files
  • Delete if needed (within 24h)
  • Add captions

Privacy & Security

  • Evidence is encrypted
  • Only organization members can view
  • Can be shared via secure links
  • Automatic backup
