How to Earn Referrals

Your referral link is available immediately after signup.

1. Access Your Partner Dashboard

Navigate to Settings > Partner Program from the main navigation. Your referral link is available immediately—no application required.

2. Get Your Unique Link

Your dashboard displays:

• Unique Referral Link: Your personalized URL with tracking
• QR Code: Downloadable for physical materials
• Current Tier: Referral Partner or Sales Partner (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum)
• Progress: Track toward next tier unlock

3. Share with Your Network

Share your link via:

• WhatsApp/SMS: Direct message to business contacts
• Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram posts
• Email: Professional newsletters or direct outreach
• QR Codes: Business cards, presentations, or printed materials
• Website: Add to your website or blog

4. Track Your Progress

Real-time dashboard analytics:

• Clicks: Link visits and engagement
• Signups: New accounts created via your link
• Active Subscribers: Paid accounts (counts toward tier unlock)
• MRR: Monthly recurring revenue from your referrals
• Earnings: Total accrued and pending commissions
• Tier Progress: See how close you are to unlocking Sales Partner or next tier

5. Unlock Sales Partner Status

After the configured unlock threshold (default seeded value: 3 active paid subscribers), you move to Sales Partner.

Commission Structure

• Referral Partner: 10% for 12 months (default seeded setting)
• Sales Partner tiers: Rates and thresholds are configurable in Referral Settings
• Check your partner dashboard for current effective commission values

Best Practices

• Be Genuine: Share your real experience with Laksana
• Target the Right Audience: Property managers, security firms, cleaning companies, F&B
• Provide Value: Help them understand how Laksana solves their problems
• Follow Up: Check in to help with setup and answer questions
• Stay Active: Regular engagement leads to better conversions
