Introduction to Laksana Partner Program

The Partner Program lets users earn commissions for successful referrals.

What is the Partner Program?

The system supports two partner levels:

• Referral Partner
• Sales Partner (with sub-tiers)

Two-Tier System

Referral Partner (Default)

• Automatic: Everyone starts here
• Default seeded setting: 10% recurring for 12 months
• Best for: Casual referrers

Sales Partner (Auto-Unlock)

• Unlock: Automatically activated after 3 active paid subscribers
• Tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
• Commission and thresholds: Controlled by Referral Settings
• Best for: Active advocates and agencies

Important

• Referral logic is configurable by admins in Referral Settings.
• Rates shown in the dashboard are the source of truth for your tenant/environment.
