Partner Program Tiers & Benefits

The partner system supports two levels with automatic progression.

Two-Tier System Overview

Tier 1: Referral Partner (Default)

• Entry: Automatic upon signup
• Default seeded commission: 10% recurring
• Duration: 12 months per referral
• Requirements: None
• Best for: Casual referrers, existing users

Tier 2: Sales Partner (Auto-Unlock)

• Entry: Automatic after 3 active paid subscribers
• Commission: Based on configured tier values
• Duration: Controlled by referral settings and commission mode
• Sub-Tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
• Best for: Active advocates, consultants, resellers

Sales Partner Sub-Tiers

By default, tier assignment is evaluated using the metric configured in Referral Settings (seeded default: active_mrr).

Default seeded sales tiers:

• Bronze: 3-9 active paid OR USD 0-249.99 MRR, 15%
• Silver: 10-39 active paid OR USD 250-999.99 MRR, 20%
• Gold: 40-199 active paid OR USD 1000-4999.99 MRR, 25%
• Platinum: 200+ active paid OR USD 5000+ MRR, 30%

Tier Calculation

Tiers are calculated using the base currency (default: USD) configured in partner settings. All subscription MRR is converted to the base currency for tier calculation.

Payout Terms

• Minimum payout amount is configurable (default seeded value: 100 in base currency).
• Payout schedule is configurable (default seeded value: monthly).

Your tier is recalculated automatically:
