Cannot Login to Laksana

Troubleshooting common login issues.

Magic Link Login (Recommended)

Laksana uses Magic Links for instant, password-less login via WhatsApp. This is the fastest way to access your dashboard.

How to request a Magic Link:

1. Open the Laksana Bot on WhatsApp.
2. Send the message: LOGIN
3. The bot will send you a unique login link.
4. Tap the link to be signed in instantly to your dashboard.

Magic Link Issues:

• Link Expired: Magic links are valid for 10 minutes. If expired, just send LOGIN again.
• Link Not Received: Ensure you are sending the message to the correct Laksana bot number.
• "No Account Found": Your phone number might not be registered. Ask your administrator to add you to the organization or register at https://my.laksana.app/admin/register.

Email & Password Login

If you prefer using an email and password:

Forgot Password

1. Go to the login page.
2. Click "Forgot your password?".
3. Enter your registered email address.
4. Check your inbox for a reset link (don't forget the Spam folder).

Login Failing

• Check Credentials: Ensure there are no typos in your email and caps lock is off for your password.
• Account Verification: If you just signed up, you must verify your email address before you can log in. Check your email for a verification link.

Browser Issues

Clear Cache

1. If the page is not loading correctly, clear your browser cache and cookies.
2. Close and reopen your browser.
3. Try logging in again.
