Messages Not Sending

What to do when messages fail to send.

Check Status

  1. Go to Operations > Inbox
  2. Look for failed messages
  3. Check error messages

Common Causes

Rate Limit Exceeded

Free plan: 30 messages/day Solution:

  • Wait until tomorrow
  • Upgrade to paid plan
  • Use dashboard instead

WhatsApp Disconnected

Solution:

  1. Check WhatsApp connection
  2. Reconnect if needed
  3. Resend message

Network Issues

Solution:

  1. Check internet connection
  2. Try again in a few minutes
  3. Use different network

Message Too Long

Limit: 4096 characters Solution:

  • Break into smaller messages
  • Remove unnecessary text
  • Use dashboard for long updates

Invalid Format

Solution:

  • Check message format
  • Remove special characters
  • Follow command syntax

Attachment Issues

File Too Large

Limit: 10MB per file Solution:

  • Compress image
  • Resize photo
  • Use lower quality

Unsupported Format

Supported: JPG, PNG, HEIC Solution:

  • Convert to supported format
  • Use image instead of other files

Too Many Files

Limit: 10 files per message Solution:

  • Send in multiple messages
  • Upload via dashboard

Retrying Failed Messages

  1. Find failed message
  2. Click "Retry"
