Your Scenario

You manage a hospital, clinic, or care centre. You need to maintain strict hygiene standards, track medical equipment maintenance, manage facility issues, and produce audit-ready compliance records for MSQH, KKM, or JCI accreditation bodies.

Step 1: Create Org

Select industry = healthcare. Set up your facility details.

Step 2: Set Up Your Facility

Rename "HQ" to your facility name (e.g., "Klinik Kesihatan Setia Alam"). For hospitals with multiple wings/blocks, add each as a separate Location.

Step 3: Map Critical Areas & Equipment

Add Things for: Operating Theatres, Wards (Ward 1A, 1B...), Emergency Department, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Autoclave Machine, Medical Gas System, X-Ray Machine, Generator, CSSD Room. Use asset type for medical equipment with serial numbers. Use space type for areas. QR code all critical equipment for maintenance logging.

Step 4: Categories for Healthcare

Work categories: Cleaning & Sanitisation, Equipment Maintenance, Biomedical Engineering, Pest Control, Waste Disposal. Problem categories: Equipment Malfunction, Infection Control Issue, Facility Defect, Safety Hazard, Utility Failure.

Step 5: Deploy Your Team

Managers (Facility Manager, Matron): Full access. Supervisors (Ward Supervisors, Biomedical Engineers): View + manage their department. Operators (Housekeeping, Maintenance Technicians): Submit work updates + report problems.

Step 6: Daily Operations

Housekeeping staff sends photo after ward cleaning via WhatsApp. Biomedical engineers report equipment malfunctions.
