How to Set Up Custom Branding
Personalize your organization's presence with Custom Branding. This feature allows you to replace the Laksana logo and colors with your own on public reports, records, and email notifications.
Note: Custom Branding is available on Advanced and Enterprise plans.
What is Custom Branding?
Custom Branding applies your identity to:
- Public Reports: Overall and Detailed operational reports shared with clients
- Public Records: Individual Work Update, Issue, and Inspection Record pages
- Email Notifications: Alerts sent to your team and stakeholders (e.g., "New Issue Reported")
How to Configure Branding

Open Organisation Profile
- Open the Organisation Profile section.

Locate "Custom Branding" Section
- Scroll down to the branding configuration area.
- Note: If you do not see this section, ensure you are on an Advanced or Enterprise plan.

Upload Your Assets
- Organization Logo: Upload a high-quality transparent PNG (max 1MB). This replaces the Laksana logo in headers.
- Primary Color: Select your brand's main color using the color picker. This will update buttons, links, and accents across public pages and emails.

Save Changes
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Validating Your Branding
After saving, you can verify your branding by:
- Creating a sample report and viewing the public link.
- Checking a recent email notification (trigger a test update if needed).
- Visiting a public Work Update or Issue page.
Resetting to Default
To revert to Laksana's default branding:
- Clear the uploaded logo (or upload the default one).
- Reset the Primary Color to default.
- Save changes.
