Laksana Pricing Plans Explained

This article reflects the default seeded plan structure in the codebase. Actual commercial terms can be changed by administrators.

Pricing plans are seeded in USD, MYR, SGD, and IDR. Free and Enterprise are seeded at zero price, while Basic and Advanced are per-site plans with a base price and the same additional-site price. For Basic and Advanced, the members and residents limits scale with the number of active sites.

Free Plan

Default limits:

  • 5 users per organisation

  • Email, WhatsApp, and push notifications

Advanced Plan

Enterprise Plan

Default limits/features:

  • Unlimited users, residents, sites, assets, work updates, issues, and inspection records
  • Unlimited inspection templates / checklists
  • Unlimited assignment rules and SLA policies

  • Helpdesk Portal
  • Dedicated manager
  • Branded WhatsApp business number

Important Notes

  • 0 in seeded limits means unlimited in plan logic.
  • WhatsApp notification delivery is credit-gated separately, so plan pricing does not define a monthly WhatsApp notification cap.
  • Pricing values are seeded defaults and can be updated in subscription plans.
