This article reflects the default seeded plan structure in the codebase. Actual commercial terms can be changed by administrators.

Pricing plans are available per currency (USD, MYR, SGD, IDR), with per-location billing on paid tiers.

Free Plan

Default limits:

• 2 users per organisation
• 1 location
• 1 compliance checklist
• 30 work updates / month
• 30 problems / month
• 30 compliance checks / month

Basic Plan

Default limits/features:

• 15 users per location
• Unlimited locations
• Unlimited compliance checklists
• Unlimited work updates, problems, and compliance checks
• Email + WhatsApp notifications (credit-gated notifications)

Advanced Plan

Default limits/features:

• 50 users per location
• Assignment rules, teams, and SLA policies
• Custom branding
• Priority support
• Integrations feature enabled

Enterprise Plan

Default limits/features:

• Custom user/location limits
• Unlimited operational quotas
• Dedicated support / custom setup

Important Notes

• 0 in seeded limits means unlimited in plan logic.
• WhatsApp notification delivery is credit-gated.
• Pricing values are seeded defaults and can be updated in subscription plans.
