Monthly Usage Limits

These reset on the 1st of every month.

  • Work Updates: 30 (Free), unlimited (Basic/Advanced/Enterprise)
  • Issues: 30 (Free), unlimited (Basic/Advanced/Enterprise)
  • Inspection Records: 30 (Free), unlimited (Basic/Advanced/Enterprise)

Operational Entity Limits

These are the total number of items you can have active at once.

  • Sites: 1 (Free), unlimited (Basic/Advanced/Enterprise)
  • Residents: 10 per organisation (Free), 50 per active site (Basic), 500 per active site (Advanced), unlimited (Enterprise)
  • Assets per Site: 3 (Free), 20 (Basic), 100 (Advanced), unlimited (Enterprise)
  • Inspection Templates / Checklists: 3 (Free), 5 (Basic), unlimited (Advanced/Enterprise)
  • Assignment Rules: 1 (Free), 1 (Basic), unlimited (Advanced/Enterprise)
  • SLA Policies: 1 (Free), 1 (Basic), unlimited (Advanced/Enterprise)
  • Preventive Maintenance: 3 (Free), 5 (Basic), unlimited (Advanced/Enterprise)
  • Users: 5 (Free/Organisation), 15 per active site (Basic), 50 per active site (Advanced), unlimited (Enterprise)

WhatsApp Notifications

  • Outbound WhatsApp notifications are credit-gated by organisation billing settings.
  • If credits are insufficient, outbound delivery may be blocked.
