How to Connect WhatsApp to Laksana

Connect your WhatsApp Business account to receive and send updates via WhatsApp.

Prerequisites

• WhatsApp Business account
• Active Laksana subscription
• Admin access to your organization

Connection Steps

1. Go to WhatsApp Settings

   • Navigate to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp
   • Click "Connect WhatsApp"

2. Scan QR Code

   • Open WhatsApp on your phone
   • Go to Settings > Linked Devices
   • Scan the QR code displayed

3. Verify Connection

   • Send a test message: "menu"
   • You should receive a response from Laksana bot

4. Configure Settings

   • Set up auto-responses
   • Configure message templates
   • Enable/disable features
