Complete list of commands you can use with the Laksana WhatsApp bot.

General Commands

• menu - Display main menu
• help - Get help and support
• status - Check your account status
• report - Get latest report

Work Updates

• update - Submit a work update
• Simply send a message describing your work
• Attach photos as evidence

Problems

• problem - Report a problem
• issue - Report an issue
• Describe the problem and attach photos

Compliance

• Example: "Checked fire extinguisher at Lobby" (AI auto-detects compliance)

Reports

Account Management

Tips

• Smart AI: You don't always need commands. Just describe what you did!
• Noise Filtering: Brief greetings (e.g., "Hi", "Ok", "Thanks") might be ignored to keep your inbox clean.
• Photo Burst: If you send multiple photos in quick succession, they will be consolidated into a single record. This uses your organization's Photo Burst Window (default: 5 seconds, configurable).
