WhatsApp Bot Commands

These commands are recognized by the current WhatsApp bot logic.

Core Commands

• menu - Show the menu
• help - Get help options
• support - Open support flow

Compliance & Reports

• compliance / checklist - View compliance tasks
• report / daily report / monthly report / open issues - Request report summaries

Setup & Commercial Info

• setup - Onboarding guidance
• pricing / plans - Plan and pricing info
• partner / referral - Partner program info

Direct Operations Input (No Command Needed)

• Send normal text to log work updates or report problems
• Send photos with or without captions
• The classifier determines intent and creates records when confidence is sufficient

Notes

• Short acknowledgements like "ok", "thanks", or greeting-only texts may be ignored by design.
• Photo bursts are grouped within the configured burst window (default 5 seconds in bot settings).
